By accessing or using Beame, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
Description of Service
Beame is a link-in-bio service that allows users to create customizable profile pages containing:
- Profile pictures and bio information
- Links to social media accounts via social icons
- Custom buttons and links organized vertically or in folders
- Fully customizable backgrounds and styling
- Photo uploads for profiles, links, and backgrounds
User Accounts and Eligibility
To use Beame, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You must be at least 13 years old to use this service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
You may not use our service if you are prohibited from receiving our services under applicable laws or have been previously suspended or removed from our service.
Subscription and Billing
Beame operates on a freemium model:
- Free Account: Access to all features for page creation and customization
- Pro Plan: Required to publish and make your page publicly accessible
Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
User Content and Conduct
You retain ownership of all content you upload to Beame, including photos, text, and links. However, you grant us a license to display, store, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the service.
You agree not to use Beame to:
- Upload illegal, harmful, threatening, or offensive content
- Infringe on others' intellectual property rights
- Link to malicious, adult, or illegal websites
- Engage in spam, harassment, or deceptive practices
- Impersonate others or provide false information
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Content Moderation and Enforcement
We reserve the right to review, monitor, and remove content that violates these terms. We may take the following actions without prior notice:
- Remove or make private any page containing inappropriate content
- Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
- Refuse service to users who repeatedly violate our policies

Intellectual Property
Beame and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without permission.
You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe on others' rights. We will respond to valid DMCA takedown notices and may terminate accounts of repeat infringers.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time, with or without notice.
Data and Privacy

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Beame is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.
You are solely responsible for the content you publish and the external websites you link to. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or actions of third-party websites.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of Beame shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by email or through the service. Continued use of Beame after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
